Resumes Plus Professional Services provides a very personalized, custom service. Our exclusive, highly individualized procedures help to ensure the best results while minimizing the time investment required for our typically busy clientele. You will work directly with me through every stage of the process, from initial inquiry through completion of your package. Here's a typical scenario:

•You e-mail or send me a copy of your resume, requesting a free evaluation, or call me for a free consultation and overview of our services.

•A brief complimentary consultation is provided, evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of your current resume, exploring your career goals and target position, and suggesting strategies.

•If you decide to move forward and select a service which best meets your current requirements you will receive a worksheet designed to provide a more in-depth look at your experiences, education, skills, and accomplishments. You complete this at your convenience and e-mail (or mail) the results back to me.

•All services require payment in full before any work is started. A check, money order or cash must accompany the signed Authorization Form. If you wish to pay be credit card an invoice will be sent to you via email. Check or money orders are made payable to Resumes Plus. Any future services will require an additional client authorization.

•After carefully evaluating your questionnaire and any other materials you have provided, an additional telephone consultation may be needed to fill in any gaps, clarify and expand upon the information, and crystallize the strategy.

•A first draft is then prepared, typically within 2 to 5 business days of receiving your worksheets. You will then be notified you that your draft is ready for review. According to your preference, drafts are e-mailed, faxed or mailed to you.

•You review the resume (and any other documents I have prepared for you) at your convenience and provide comments and feedback. The ball is in your court here-how long this segment takes is pretty much up to you.

•When the resume has been fine-tuned to our mutual satisfaction, printed originals and/or electronic copies are sent to you via email and US mail.

•If you have chosen one of the complete resume packages your three months of free consultation including job search will begin. A plan will be discussed and implemented based on your job search strategy.
